What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at crappieclothingco@crappieclothingco.com and we'll do our best to help.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! A confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is placed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available — contact us for details.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. If you need your order by a specific date, reach out to us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because our products are printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right — no questions asked.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at crappieclothingco@crappieclothingco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we're unable to offer size exchanges. We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart on each product page before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Sizing

How do your shirts fit?

Our shirts are unisex and generally run true to size. We recommend checking the size chart on each individual product page, as fit can vary slightly between garment styles (Comfort Colors, Bella+Canvas, etc.).

Where can I find the size chart?

Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart for the best fit.

Do you offer youth or women's sizes?

Yes! We carry select designs in youth and women's styles. Check the individual product listings for available size options.

Print Quality & Product

What printing method do you use?

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, which produces vibrant, detailed graphics directly onto the fabric. DTG prints are soft to the touch and designed to last.

Do the Blacklight Series tees actually glow under a blacklight?

Great question — and an honest answer: no. The Blacklight Series is inspired by blacklight poster art and features bold neon-style graphics, but standard DTG inks are used. The neon effect is in the design itself, not the ink. These tees look incredible in any light — we just want to set the right expectation.

How should I care for my shirt?

To keep your print looking its best: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the print. Avoid bleach and dry cleaning.

What brands/blanks do you use?

We primarily use Comfort Colors C1717 (garment-dyed, 100% ring-spun USA cotton) and Bella+Canvas triblend styles. Both are premium, soft, and built to last. The specific blank is listed on each product page.
