RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because every Crappie Clothing Co. item is custom printed on demand just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
We will replace or refund items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrectly printed or wrong item received
To request a replacement or refund: Contact us at crappieclothingco@crappieclothingco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right — fast.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
EU customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive.
